This year School of Sanctuary hosted their first 'International Day'. Our students represented the countries that they, or their families come from. We had students representing 22 countries including Georgia, China, Egypt, Cameroon, Mongolia and Somalia.
Every student and staff member got to visit the fair and listen to music, taste food, try on clothes, look at books, instruments, maps, and many other items from each country. We learnt new words in different languages as well as lots of interesting information.
International day was a great reminder that in Brunner, our differences are also our strengths.
